Kapital, Easy Beach Go Pants, Brown, 4

A relaxed trouser with a cropped leg opening and adjustable, velcro waist. These sit just above the waist and taper slightly through the leg. A small patch with an image of a Kapital logo attaches via velcro to the back of the trouser or along the waistband.

Fit

J is ~190cm (6′2″) and wears usually a size 33 in bottoms. He's wearing the size 4 here for a regular, but cropped fit. Style is running true to size. With the velcro adjustment in the waist, these could easily go for people with 31-34 inch waist, and fit better for people who are shorter than 190cm ( 6′2″).

What is Kapital?

Kapital was founded in 1984 by Toshikiyo Hirata in Kojima, Okayama, a region renowned for its denim production. Initially, the brand focused on creating high-quality jeans, leveraging the area’s rich history and expertise in denim manufacturing. The name "Kapital" itself is a nod to Kojima's status as the denim capital of Japan.

In the 2000s, Toshikiyo's son, Kiro Hirata, joined the brand and brought a new wave of creativity and innovation. Kiro's background in photography and design significantly influenced Kapital's direction, pushing it beyond denim and into the realm of avant-garde fashion.

Under Kiro's leadership, Kapital began to experiment with a wide range of materials and techniques, creating clothing that is both visually striking and deeply rooted in cultural traditions.
