Established in 2022, LOFTT is a small curated online store based in Helsinki, Finland.

 

LOFTT is run by two people, Essi and Jukka, who have a long professional history in the creative and clothing industries.

Since day one as LOFTT Store, we've concentrated mostly on made in USA, made in Finland, made in Japan, made in Italy, made in Portugal etc. quality goods, artifacts, art pieces, printed material, music & pop culture items, and occasional oddities. That's where our main expertise and focus is.

We've sold and continue to sell brands like Levi's, Lee, Wrangler, LVC, RRL, Patagonia, Kapital, Yuketen, Arc'teryx, OrSlow, Visvim, Supreme, Engineered Garments, Indigofera, Marimekko, Arabia, Red Wing Shoes, Iron Heart, Pendleton, wtaps, Freewheelers, Mister Freedom, Merz b. Schwanen, Filson, Porter Yoshida & Co. etc. 

Short history

The original concept for LOFTT took shape when our longtime friends at Roomage found a space in an old train repair shop in the small town of Karjaa, Finland, and decided to relocate. Roomage invited us to share the loft area there, and together with our two friends, Stella and Jarno, we set up shop in the train repair shop's upstairs loft area—thus, LOFTT Karis was born. Admittedly, it’s not the most inventive name—our inspiration came quite literally from the space itself—but we added an extra "T" as a playful nod to community, friendship, and all the good things that motivate us.

From a young age, we’ve all shared a passion for collecting high-quality treasures and vintage clothing from around the world. LOFTT is a reflection of that love, know-how, and dedication.

In 2024, two-fourths of the original LOFTT became Fruit Market, joining Roomage in a new, larger space in Karjaa, now called Måll. Meanwhile, the other half of LOFTT transitioned into an online-only store based in Helsinki, Finland, simply 'cause commuting to Karjaa for shopkeeping was not sustainable.

LOFTT remains a heartfelt passion project—a tribute to good design and quality craftsmanship. Every piece we curate tells its own story, selected with the same care and thoughtfulness that has guided us from the very beginning.
